Terms and Conditions

a) The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
b) A set of laundry/towels will be provided (per booking). Pool towels are for rent.
c) All breakage's, loss or damage to be reported and paid for by the renter.
d) Theft by burglary from a closed apartment are the responsibility of the renter.
e) Electricity, gas and water are included in the price.
f) We reserve the right to enter the apartment at our discretion.
g) Renters must respect other occupiers and that the noise must be kept to a minimum.
h) The accommodation is available from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 11.00 hours on the day of departure.
i) Pets are allowed, after consulting the owners.
j) Starter packs available on request ( tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, cheese, marmelade, juice, sugar, eggs, wine, peanuts) Costs: 30 euro.
